


Resort Charge
Resort Charge allows you to attach a valid credit card to your Season Pass or Express Card, allowing you to use your pass to purchase items at many resort locations, including all ticket offices, select rental and retail shops and all on-mountain restaurants as well as Ovations Restaurant located at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel.

Where can I use Resort Charge?
Resort Charge is accepted at all retail stores, cafeterias, pubs and ticketing locations in our base lodges. In addition, you may use Resort Charge at Cooper’s Coffee and Ovations Restaurant at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel and Killington Sports Route 4. Resort Charge is also valid at Pico Mountain.
Can I link my credit card to more than one pass?
Yes, you can register family members to be able to use their pass to make purchases on your credit card.
Can I limit how much can be charged?
At this time we are unable to place limits on how much can be charged in Resort Charge.
Can I assign different credit cards to each pass I buy?
Yes, you will be prompted to provide a credit card for each pass in your cart.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, only your name and photo are on the physical pass. Your credit card information is stored internally and only retrieved when your pass is presented at a point of sale.
What if my Season Pass or Express Card is Lost or Stolen?
You must report your lost or stolen Season Pass or Express Card to the Season Pass Office immediately by calling 802-422-6767. You will be responsible for all charges incurred prior to the pass or card being reported lost or stolen.
