Resort Charge
Resort Charge allows you to attach a valid credit card to your Season Pass or Express Card, allowing you to use your pass to purchase items at many resort locations, including all ticket offices, selected rental and retail shops and all on-mountain restaurants as well as Ovations Restaurant located at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel.
Snow Guarantee
Killington's unique elevation advantage translates to over 250 inches of natural snowfall every season and provides an optimal environment for machine-made snow. Add to that the world's most extensive snowmaking system and an armada of groomers and you've got a recipe for great conditions.
But, if you're not satisfied with our snow surface conditions we've got you covered! You may exchange your ticket at any guest service desk or ticket window by 10:00 a.m. for a return visit voucher valid any day for one calendar year. Snow Guarantee vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, carry no cash value and cannot be extended beyond the original expiration date. Early season tickets (opening date-December 16, 2011), late season tickets(April 2, 2012-closing date), complimentary tickets and season passes are not eligible.
