Killington Vermont snow report

The weekend has finally arrived and Saturday is shaping up to be a great day full of miles upon miles of groomers, snowmaking and there’s even a chance for SNOW! The guns are set up on Upper Superstar, Lower Cascade and Outer Limits, in addition, our snowmakers set up spot guns on Lower Chute and Middle Great Northern to name a few.

We expect to have fresh grooming down 3,050 vertical feet for your carving pleasure. That’s right, the Skyeship base will be open with full grooming on Great Eastern and 68 more trails including Cruise Control, Bittersweet and Skyelark. So be sure to get out on the mountain early for cruising on more than 465 acres for all ability levels spread across six peaks!

For Saturday, 20 lifts are scheduled to operate. Key lifts are scheduled to open at 8:00 a.m. with the Skyeship Express Gondola Stage I and II spinning at 8:30 a.m.

Upper Bunny Buster, the Highline Race Trail, Panic Button and Needle’s Eye will be closed to the public for events. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The Timberline Park is set up with 30 features including a quarter pipe, the Under Armour MTN Dream Maker Terrain Park is also open with 26 features and The Stash has 32. Plus the Superpipe with 22’ walls is open for shredding at Bear Mountain.

The K-1, Snowshed, Ramshead, Bear and Skyeship Lodges will be open. Key lifts are scheduled to be open from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with the Skyeship Express Gondola Stages I and II spinning from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Lift tickets will be $86 for Adults (19-64), $73 for Young Adults/Seniors (13-18/65+) and $60 for Juniors.
